The project is the rehabilitation of an industrial cleaning area in the Les Corts neighbourhood. The main courtyard is the hinge between the studio and workshop space and what is the actual dwelling.
In terms of finishes and materials, they wanted to respect and enhance as much as possible the industrial denotation of the history of the place. The interventions seek to establish a dialogue with the rawness of the existing furnishings. All of this preserves a genuinely harsh and brutalist language.
